Return Policy

We do not accept returns for items purchased on Facebook or through Facebook Marketplace once you have picked up your item, or your item has shipped. Please ensure you are satisfied with your product before you leave the store or purchase your shipped item. 
COMPLETED ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Items on sale

In the event your item arrives damaged, please photograph the box and condition of the item, and we will begin the process of replacing the item.


Cancellations

Request a cancellation within: 48 hours of purchase from our online store. Once I have started the graphic design on your piece, your cancellation may only apply as a partial refund.

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order or if you would like to make changes before design begins.

Shipping policies

Items are made to order so please allow 1-2 weeks for making your order until your order is shipped to you. Once the design is complete, the design is sent to my lab where it is created and mailed to me. Interruptions in the supply chain or USPS mailing system may cause unexpected delays.

You can upgrade to Priority or Express shipping for US orders.

US orders:
$5 Standard (3-5 day delivery)
$10 Priority (1-3 day delivery)

For shipping outside of the US, I use USPS first class international, shipping time can range.

International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by their country.

Please double check that the address provided is correct. If a package is returned as undeliverable then shipping will need to be re-paid to have item shipped to a correct address.

Packages that show as "delivered" in tracking are no longer the responsibility of Little Owl. Please contact your local post office to get help with any missing packages.

Custom order processing time will be determined and communicated to you once project is discussed. Full payment must be received prior to starting custom work.

Local Pickup policies

Once you have ordered your item, we will reach out via methods you have provided during checkout to schedule your time to come to our location in Centennial, CO for pickup. We do not deliver.
